APPLICATION SCOPE
These machines cater to various sectors where shrink-wrapping of packaging films is needed, such as egg packaging, graphic products, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, CDs, hardware, cosmetics, books, toys, electronics, etc. They are also widely used for shrink-wrapping combined products like promotional kits.
SELADORA MASTER
Incorporating the latest requirements regarding hygiene and ease of cleaning, the Lsealer is fully automatic, featuring an L-shaped sealing bar, high-efficiency feeding, conveying, packaging, sealing, shrinking, and handling. It comes with an optional conveyor retraction for packaging smaller-sized products. With an approximate production rate of 20 to 25 packages per minute.
The sealing size is adjustable. The sealing system maintains a constant heating temperature with PID control suitable for POF films. Wheel adjustments facilitate the width and height settings of the products to be packaged.
Equipped with an error detection program, it ensures automatic machine stoppage in case of malfunctions.
The efficient feeding control is sensor-controlled both horizontally and vertically, making it practical for packaging thin and small products.
SHRINK TUNNELS:
The tunnels are high-speed and feature internally circulated hot air. They consist of automatic conveyor rollers covered with silicone tubes. The temperature inside the tunnels remains constant as selected. With a timing system that automatically shuts off for better equipment preservation.
