This equipment caters to various industries where shrink-wrapping is needed, such as egg packaging, graphic products, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, CDs, hardware, cosmetics, books, toys, and electronics, etc.

VERTICAL SEALERS
Automatic angular sealer with a structure entirely made of carbon steel. Incorporates
the latest requirements concerning hygiene and ease of cleaning. The sealer is fully
automatic, with a transverse bar and continuous side sealing. High efficiency in
automatic feeding, transportation, packaging, sealing, shrinking, and handling. It
comes with an optional conveyor retraction feature for packaging smaller-sized
products.
Approximately 40 packages per minute production rate. The sealing size is
adjustable. Sealing system with constant heating temperature with PID control
suitable for POF films. Adjustment of the width and height of the products to be
packed is facilitated by handwheels.
Equipped with an error detection program, it ensures automatic machine stoppage
in case of malfunctions.
Efficient feeding control controlled by sensors. There are sensors both horizontally
and vertically, making it easy to transition and convenient for packaging thin and
small products.
